A Excellence Scout Camp is a privileged space, where all associates have at their disposal a wide range of resources and means, both human and equipment, which allow to carry out in adequate educational camps conditions and other scout activities, contributing to the development and education of the young people, through the integral education advocated by the scout method. Therefore the Scout Camps must possess physical characteristics that allow them to develop activities that aim at the physical, psychic, social and spiritual development of children and young scouts, framed in the pedagogical system and that allow scouts to evolve within the system of progress.
