The European Games is an international sports event for the youth, similar to the Olympic Games. Republic of Belarus hosts the 2nd European Games from June 21 to June 30, 2019.
Radio Amateurs of Belarus decided to support the European Games by a Special Activity Party taking place from 00.00 UTC June 21, 2019 to 23.59 UTC June 30, 2019. Radio Amateurs from all over the World are welcomed to participate in the Activity Party. The Belarusian amateurs will activate several Special Event stations and issue a Diploma.
The special event stations will represent the participating sports disciplines, the sport arenas, and the games’ Organizing Committee as follows:

EV19SHO – bullet shooting; EV19TEN – table tennis;

The Operators of the special event stations are eligible for diplomas or a plaque issued to their regular call signs, provided they conduct no less than 1000 QSOs in the Activity Party using the special event call signs.
The World operators can obtain special awards on the following conditions.
The «European Games in Belarus» diploma
For the participants from Europe each QSO with a SPORTS DISCIPLINE station will be worth 30 points, a QSO with a SPORT ARENA station - 50 points, and a QSO with the ORGANIZING COMMITTEE station - 70 points.
For participants from Asia the above mentioned points will be doubled.
For participants from North and South America, Africa, Australia and Oceania the mentioned points will be multiplied by 3.
Each special event station may be worked once per band (160-10 m, V/UHF) per mode (CW, PHONE, MIXED, DIGI). Note that all digital modes are considered a single DIGI mode.
The Grade 3 diploma will be worth 500 points.
The Grade 2 diploma will be worth 1250 points.
The Grade 1 diploma will be worth 2019 points.
The diplomas will be issued free of charge in electronic form. Any event participant will be able to enter their call sign into a web page at http://hamlogs.net and automatically verify that the requirements have been met. A downloadable image with a serial number will then be presented for download.
SWLs may obtain the diplomas for 2-way observations on the similar conditions. The SWL diplomas will have separate serial numbers. Applications for the SWL awards should be submitted by e-Mail to EU19RO@GMAIL.COM .
