This award is issued to celebrate Plovdiv as European Capital of Culture 2019.
The award may be claimed by any licensed radio amateur or SWL who has
collected 100 points.
Points:
QSO with special call LZ19ECC - 10 points
QSO with special call LZ19ECC/QRP - 15 points
QSO with Plovdiv amateur radio station - 5 points
QSO with any LZ station - 1 point
A same station can be contacted on different bands and/or modes.
Only contacts (receptions) made between Jan 1, 2019 and Dec 31,2019 are
valid for this award.
The award is issued FREE of charge in electronic form. The paper copy is available against 5 Euro (pse contact the Award manager). The application for the award is issued in electronic form on the basis of an extract from the logbook and is to be sent as a text (TXT) file (preferably) to the award Manager to the E-mail address : lz1jz@abv.bg
